More than 70 leading developers are set to convene for Cityscape Qatar, which begins on Sunday at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre (DECC) with an anticipated transaction value of over QR 400 million. The three-day event, themed “Shaping the Future of Real Estate,” will feature major project launches and discussions on investment and technology.
Attendees will have access to new property inventories and gain insight into the policies and technological advancements influencing the real estate sector across Qatar and the wider region.
Investor Programmes and Forums
This year’s edition introduces the Cityscape Real Estate Investor Programme 2025, an initiative supported by Visit Qatar. The programme is designed to connect high-net-worth investors directly with Qatar’s top developers and government decision-makers. A select group of 13 investors from nine countries, representing a combined $2.5 billion in assets under management, will receive curated access to new deals and investment opportunities.
Running alongside the main exhibition is the third edition of the Qatar Real Estate Forum. Discussions will centre on the government’s role in creating investor-friendly frameworks and the growing influence of property technology (PropTech) in improving market transparency and efficiency. The forum will also explore the complete investor journey, from identifying opportunities to navigating regulatory processes.
Regional Cooperation
A key feature of the event is a showcase of major projects that are shaping Qatar’s urban and economic landscape. Adding to the event’s profile, Saudi Arabia is participating as the ‘Guest Country of Honour’.
A high-profile Saudi delegation will be present, including representatives from the Real Estate General Authority (REGA), the Sakani Programme, the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing (MOMRAH), the Ministry of Investment (MISA), and the New Murabba project. This participation highlights the increasing regional cooperation and knowledge exchange within the real estate industry.
