A Human-Centric Approach to Technology
Lt. Gen. Al Marri stated that GDRFA Dubai’s participation in GITEX reflects an institutional goal to use technology as a tool for improving quality of life and government efficiency. He explained that the directorate’s pavilion, a key feature at the event where Dubai Police are also showcasing smart innovations, is presenting operational models already implemented in real-world environments.
“What we showcase today is a tangible translation of Dubai’s vision, where government services are intelligent by design, seamless in experience, and human at their core,” he added.
The pavilion brings together numerous government and private sector entities to offer interconnected services that aim to save time and provide a smoother, more secure customer experience.
Colonel Khalid bin Mediya Al Falasi, Assistant Director General for the Digital Services Sector, noted that the strong public turnout at the pavilion highlights public interest in services connected to daily life. He said the directorate is focused on developing intelligent, interactive experiences that bridge technological efficiency with the genuine needs of users.
Throughout the exhibition, GDRFA Dubai will continue to present live digital experiences that demonstrate its role in supporting the digital quality of life in the emirate. The showcases reaffirm its commitment to using artificial intelligence and integrated data to build a more agile and people-focused government.
