Dubai’s Rental Disputes Center (RDC) has entered a strategic partnership with Tableegh Legal Notification Services LLC to accelerate the digital transformation of its legal operations. The agreement, signed during Gitex Global 2025 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, aims to create a more integrated and efficient judicial system for the emirate.
The deal was formalised by Mohammed Hamad Al Mahri, Director of the Central Support Department at RDC, and Humaid Obaid Humaid Al Mansoori, Chief Executive Officer of Tableegh.
Partnership Aims for Digital Integration
The collaboration will establish a direct electronic link between the RDC’s judicial system and Tableegh’s advanced digital platform. This connection is designed to facilitate the secure exchange of case materials and legal documents, with all transfers authorised by a judge to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and reliability throughout the legal process.
This initiative is a key part of the RDC’s commitment to building a smart and sustainable judicial environment. It directly supports the broader government strategy to digitise services, a goal reflected in Sheikh Mohammed’s vision: Dubai to host world’s largest tech and AI event in 2026. The primary objective is to make legal procedures smoother, faster, and more secure for all users.
Leaders Endorse Judicial Modernisation
His Excellency Judge Abdulqader Mousa Mohammed, President of the Rental Disputes Center, stated that the partnership reflects the RDC’s ongoing efforts to modernise judicial operations in line with Dubai’s digital ambitions. “This collaboration strengthens our advanced judicial framework, accelerates legal procedures, and upholds justice with transparency and speed,” he said. Judge Mohammed added that the move simplifies the user journey and guarantees access to services marked by high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
Humaid Obaid Humaid Al Mansoori of Tableegh described the partnership as a milestone in his company’s mission to support Dubai’s digital justice system. “We are proud to contribute to Dubai’s growing digital ecosystem by providing secure, efficient, and innovative solutions for legal notifications,” he remarked. Al Mansoori noted that Tableegh continues to invest in technology and international best practices to remain a trusted partner for government entities. The drive for co-operation with Qatar in tech, digital transformation, AI shows a similar trend across the region.
Supporting Dubai’s Broader Digital Vision
This agreement highlights Dubai’s successful model of public-private collaboration, which is central to its drive toward becoming a leading, innovation-led government. For the RDC, the partnership is a significant step in enhancing its operational efficiency and expediting the resolution of cases.
By integrating advanced technology into its core functions, the RDC not only improves its services but also reinforces the emirate’s standing as a global leader in digital justice and governance.
