Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company (Adnic) has been recognised with two major awards for its commitment to employing and developing Emirati talent at the third Nafis Award Ceremony for 2024-25.
The event was held under the patronage of Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice-President and Deputy Prime Minister of the UAE. Adnic, a publicly listed company on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange, secured first place in the insurance sector category and also received the Gold Category Award for its support of Emiratisation.

The awards acknowledge the company’s alignment with the UAE’s national strategy to foster professional growth for its citizens in the private sector. Adnic’s leadership said the honours reaffirm its role in driving talent development and economic growth.
Sheikh Mohamed bin Saif Al Nahyan, Chairman of Adnic, commented on the achievement. “With the guidance and support of the wise leadership, the UAE to move forward with a strategic vision that reflects its deep commitment to placing Emiratisation at the core of sustainable national development and economic competitiveness,” he said.

The Nafis Awards are organised by the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council to celebrate organisations that make significant contributions to national talent development.
Established in 1972, Adnic provides a range of insurance products to individuals and corporations across the Middle East and North Africa. The company operates a network of branches and service centres throughout the UAE and maintains a representative office in London.
