Umeed 2025: A Night of Music and Purpose for Pakistan’s Education

Umeed 2025, an upcoming event in Dubai, promises an inspiring evening focused on advancing education in Pakistan. The event will feature performances by Faisal Kapadia, Hassan Raheem, and Shae Gill, creating an atmosphere of hope and purpose. It aligns with the UAE’s Year of Community initiative, aimed at strengthening social bonds and encouraging meaningful engagement.

TCF’s Impact on Education in Pakistan

Founded in 1995, The Citizens Foundation (TCF) has been a transformative force in Pakistan, dedicated to providing quality education to underprivileged children. With over 2,033 purpose-built schools and more than 300,000 students, TCF has grown into one of Pakistan’s leading non-profit organisations. Its mission remains rooted in the belief that education is the key to unlocking social change.

Today, TCF operates in seven countries, including the UAE, continuing to rally global support for its cause. This event is an opportunity to strengthen that mission by inspiring local communities to contribute to this powerful cause.

UAE’s Role in Umeed 2025

The UAE is home to over 1.2 million Pakistanis, who make up nearly 13 per cent of the population. As such, the Umeed 2025 event provides a special platform for the UAE’s expatriate communities to unite and support a cause that will have a lasting impact. The long-standing dedication of TCF’s volunteers in the UAE highlights the power of community in driving change.

Mushtaq Chhapra, Co-Founder of TCF, expressed the significance of the event: “Umeed 2025 is our opportunity to pass that hope forward, to the millions of children still waiting for their chance to build a better life.”

A Night of Music and Giving Back

As the title sponsor, Careem’s CEO and Co-Founder, Mudassir Sheikha, shared his company’s commitment to the cause: “For everything Pakistan has given Careem, we feel a deep responsibility to give back.”

Faisal Kapadia, the legendary singer and TCF’s Brand Ambassador, added, “Music has the power to bring people together, and when it supports a cause as meaningful as education, it becomes even more powerful.” His involvement underscores the event’s message: music can be a powerful catalyst for social change.

Event Details and Ticket Information

Umeed 2025 will take place on November 2, 2025, at The Agenda in Dubai. Tickets are available at www.dubai.platinumlist.ae/Umeed2025. All proceeds from the event will directly benefit TCF’s education programmes in Pakistan, contributing to the foundation’s ongoing work to improve the lives of children in need.

In a year dedicated to community building, Umeed 2025 will provide a meaningful opportunity to support education and social change, all while celebrating the power of unity and music.
