Kora Properties, the real estate development arm of AppCorp Holding, has announced the launch of IL VENTO, a new luxury residential project in Dubai Maritime City. The 40-storey tower will add 330 apartments to the city’s rapidly developing waterfront district, which is being positioned as a major hub for tourism and cruises.

The IL VENTO tower is set to include a diverse mix of units to cater to various residents. The project will feature 182 one-bedroom, 93 two-bedroom, and 51 three-bedroom apartments. Additionally, it will offer four exclusive three-bedroom penthouses, each equipped with a private swimming pool.
The building’s structure comprises three basement levels, a ground-floor lobby, and five podium levels dedicated to resident parking. Residents will have access to more than 40 facilities, including a sky pool, separate indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a gym, a yoga area, a kids’ play zone, and a hall for family entertainment and events.
Strategic Location and Financial Outlook
Situated approximately 15 minutes from both Dubai International Airport and Dubai Mall, the development offers convenient access to key city landmarks. According to Kora Properties, the project is forecast to see a price appreciation of between 6 and 10 per cent by 2028.
The company has introduced a payment plan allowing buyers to pay 40 per cent of the property value during the construction phase and the remaining 60 per cent upon handover. Mortgage financing options will also be available for prospective homeowners. The development is a key part of the ongoing urban development projects transforming Dubai’s coastline.

IL VENTO is designed to maximise its waterfront location, with units offering panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf and the Dubai skyline. The apartments will feature floor-to-ceiling glass facades and open-plan layouts to create a sense of space and light. The wider community will also provide private yacht berths and scenic promenades for residents.
