Also on 5 October, electronic music producer Ritviz will headline the third-anniversary celebration for SOBO at Iris Dubai, Meydan. Starting from 2 pm, the festival-style event will feature sets from resident DJs Nitesh, Gautam, and Harry, creating a vibrant South Asian soundtrack for the city.
For a touch of glamour, Gatsby Dubai is celebrating its new season with an opening party on Friday, 3 October. Located at the Palm Jumeirah Mall’s West Rooftop, the event will feature international beats from DJ Andor Gabriel alongside dazzling live entertainment.
Immersive Dining and Lavish Brunches
Raffles Dubai has launched Mann Marzi, a unique culinary experience inspired by the Silk Route. Co-founded by Anju Gautam and Chef Nimish Bhatia, the concept blends storytelling with heritage recipes from Sindh to Samarkand, presenting each course as a theatrical performance.
For an evening under the stars, Noble Life’s Desert Show offers a reimagined safari experience at Noble Camp until 12 October. The event begins with desert adventures like dune bashing and camel rides, followed by an elevated dinner and a theatrical show. Guests can book the full safari or the dinner show only, with chauffeur service included.
In the capital, The St. Regis Abu Dhabi has introduced Astor’s Brunch at The Terrace on the Corniche. Every Saturday from 12:30 pm to 4 pm, the brunch features a lavish spread of tandoori grills, fresh seafood, and artisanal cheeses. With live jazz and family-friendly activities, it adds to a growing list of culinary events, including the upcoming Taste of Abu Dhabi.
New Culinary Destinations
Cetara, a new restaurant at Address Downtown, brings the flavours of Italy’s southern coast to Dubai. The menu highlights refined Mediterranean dishes such as Balfego Bluefin Tuna, Whole Dover Sole, and Australian Wagyu Beef, served in an elegant dining room or on an open-air terrace with city views.
Homegrown brand Freedom Pizza has opened its newest branch at the Dubai Airport Free Zone (DAFZA), serving its popular healthy comfort food to the area’s corporate community. The menu includes favourites like the Double Down Pepperoni alongside a wide range of vegan and gluten-free options. The expansion near one of the world’s busiest hubs comes as the Dubai Airport marks its 65th anniversary.
Another local favourite, Kneaded bakery, has launched a new flagship location at 77 Valley, Al Khawaneej. The larger space features a dine-in area and a convenient drive-through, serving its signature artisanal bread and popular items like Honey Toast Crunchies and Halloumi & Guacamole Schiacciata.
A Taste of France in Dubai

Portions start at Dh81, and a special Moules Frites Tuesday offer includes unlimited refills for a true brasserie-style feast.
