A vast 50-million-square-foot community is set to be developed between Dubai and Abu Dhabi, backed by a total investment exceeding Dh55 billion. The project aims to create a significant new hub featuring residences, luxury hotels, and one of the region’s largest shopping malls.

The development follows a Dh2.47 billion land sale agreement between Abu Dhabi Ports Group and Mira Developments. Located in Abu Dhabi’s Al Mamoura district, the community will occupy a strategic position along the main highway connecting the two emirates.

A Mixed-Use Destination

The master plan includes a comprehensive mix of facilities designed to create a self-sufficient urban area. Alongside residential properties and hotels, the project will incorporate universities, schools, a business complex, and world-class golf courses. The development will feature multi-branded properties created in collaboration with leading international fashion and lifestyle names, part of a wider trend of redefining luxury living in the region. Construction is scheduled to commence at some point within the next ten years.

For residents and businesses, the community’s location offers significant logistical advantages. It is situated within a 50-kilometre radius of two major aviation hubs, Al Maktoum International Airport in Dubai and Zayed International Airport in Abu Dhabi, providing excellent connectivity for travel and transport.

This ambitious project represents a major investment in the corridor between the UAE’s two largest cities, promising to deliver a new economic and lifestyle centre that bridges the two emirates.
