The Dubai Land Department (DLD) has entered into strategic partnerships with Google Cloud and Microsoft, unveiling two advanced AI-powered platforms aimed at improving market efficiency, investor confidence, and customer experience in Dubai’s real estate sector. The announcements were made during GITEX Global 2025, reflecting the city’s ongoing digital transformation.

Google Cloud Partnership: AI for Investors

In collaboration with Google Cloud, DLD launched the “DLD Investor AI Assistant, powered by Google Gemini”. This advanced digital service integrates DLD’s real estate data with Google’s AI and cloud capabilities. Designed to enhance the investor journey, it simplifies everything from property exploration to transaction execution. The platform employs intelligent data analysis, predictive insights, and real-time recommendations to help investors make quicker, more informed decisions. By leveraging Google’s cloud and AI tools, the service strengthens Dubai’s position as a leading smart real estate hub. DLD highlighted the initiative’s role in transforming AI from a support tool to a central force in investment decision-making, thereby boosting transparency and trust among investors.

Microsoft Partnership: Unified Customer Relationship System

Alongside its partnership with Google, DLD also unveiled a collaboration with Microsoft, introducing a unified customer relationship management (CRM) system powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. This system integrates all customer service channels, including call centres, email, live chat, social media, the DLD app, and the official website, into a single AI-driven interface. Automation within the system tracks service requests, monitors performance, and connects seamlessly with DLD’s operational systems. This integration aims to improve response times, enhance accuracy, and elevate the overall customer service experience.

Through this collaboration, DLD aims to deliver higher service quality, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure that user rights are safeguarded. The intelligent system also monitors performance across all interactions, creating a more efficient, transparent, and responsive service model.

Digital Transformation in Real Estate

Both partnerships are part of DLD’s broader digital transformation strategy. These advancements are positioning the department as a leader in applying cutting-edge technology to real estate governance, service delivery, and investor engagement. The use of AI, automation, and real-time data integration underscores Dubai’s commitment to remaining at the forefront of smart city innovation.

These moves align with the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 and the Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033, both of which aim to make Dubai a global benchmark for smart, transparent, and sustainable property investment. Through these initiatives, the DLD is reinforcing its mission to create a more efficient, customer-centric real estate environment, supporting the city’s growth as a hub for global investment.
