Global digital engineering firm Nagarro recently gathered senior business leaders in Dubai for its SAP Cloud Focus Day 2025, an event dedicated to exploring the next phase of enterprise transformation in the Middle East. Held at the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel, the conference attracted decision-makers from key sectors including manufacturing, professional services, hospitality, and food and beverage to discuss the impact of SAP Cloud ERP, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and SAP Analytics Cloud.

Exploring Cloud and AI Transformation

The event featured a series of expert-led presentations, interactive sessions, and roundtables hosted by specialists from SAP and Nagarro. Discussions centred on how cloud technologies can improve business agility, efficiency, and sustainability. The sessions provided valuable insights for organisations looking to align with regional digital transformation strategies, highlighting how the city continues to cement its reputation as a place where Dubai emerges as a new tech innovation hub. Attendees also heard practical examples of innovation from companies that have successfully adopted these advanced solutions to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Insights from Industry Leaders

A key highlight was a roundtable discussion with prominent industry figures, including Dr Sourish Achharia of Jindal Steel, Dr Fuad Alattar from Siemens Digital Enterprise Services, Oswald Golja of Siemens Energy, and Vanderlei Santos, Chief Digital Officer at Agthia Group. The panel shared strategies for turning data into actionable insights, optimising operations, and delivering tangible business impact. The conversation emphasised that combining technological innovation with strategic decision-making is essential for remaining competitive in today’s market.

Nagarro’s Strategy for the Middle East

Nagarro executives outlined their approach to supporting regional growth. “At Nagarro, we combine speed with scale,” said Ehsan Shariff, Managing Director for Global Accounts, and Deepak Menghani, Managing Director for Global Sales. “By fast-tracking SAP Public Cloud deployments and expanding global partnerships, while strengthening sales momentum in the Middle East, we are helping enterprises move from vision to impact faster than ever before.”

Shariff noted the increasing demand for rapid project delivery. “With SAP Public Cloud, we can go live in as little as 12–16 weeks, reducing complexity while enabling clients to innovate continuously,” he explained.

Menghani added that the firm’s approach is consultative rather than transactional, focusing on long-term digital roadmaps. “The Middle East is one of the fastest-growing markets for enterprise transformation, and Nagarro is investing significantly to match that pace,” he said, reflecting a trend that shows why entrepreneurs are expanding their business to the UAE.

The conference concluded with a shared understanding that collaboration, innovation, and agility are fundamental to future enterprise growth. Nagarro reaffirmed its commitment to helping organisations across the GCC use SAP Cloud and AI to build intelligent and sustainable businesses prepared for the challenges of tomorrow.
