My Gold Wallet enables users to convert their digital precious metal holdings into tangible assets. These can be collected from any of the six Arakkal Gold & Diamonds showrooms across Dubai and Sharjah, or from a dedicated My Gold Wallet Collection Store. The company also plans to open a showroom in Abu Dhabi soon, increasing its accessibility across the Emirates.
Physical redemptions are available for quantities starting from two grams. For orders over 50 grams within Dubai, the platform provides complimentary home delivery. All gold is stored in insured and independently audited vaults under the custodianship of Arakkal Gold & Diamonds, ensuring security and purity from the point of purchase to collection.
A Transparent Investment Model
The platform is the first of its kind in the UAE to allow users to redeem their gold as coins, bars, or customised jewellery directly through a retailer’s outlets. This direct connection from digital ownership to verified physical collection aims to build trust and give users greater control over their investments.
