Imtiaz Developments has partnered with the world-renowned Zaha Hadid Architects to design a new ultra-luxury development in Dubai’s prestigious Meydan district. The project, valued at Dh1 billion, will be formally unveiled as The Symphony by Imtiaz on 18 November at the Coca-Cola Arena. The signing ceremony took place at the Zaha Hadid Headquarters in London, attended by Masih Imtiaz, CEO of Imtiaz Developments, and Gianluca Racana, Director at Zaha Hadid Architects.

The upcoming development is envisioned as a bold architectural statement, combining sculptural forms with futuristic design. It will be a mixed-use complex featuring ultra-luxury residences, premium office spaces, and high-end retail outlets. While the official launch is this month, detailed design works are still underway, with a formal unveiling expected in late 2025. Construction is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2026, with a target completion date in 2028.
