BEYOND Developments has launched a Dh2.6 billion residential project named Soulever in Dubai Maritime City, marking the company’s seventh launch since its establishment a year ago. The project will feature two towers containing 513 residences.

Designed by architects SAOTA with interiors by ARRCC, the development is the sixth waterfront project within BEYOND’s eight-million-square-foot masterplan for the area. This broader plan integrates districts known as The Forest and The Bay, which are connected by promenades and centred around a feature called The Cove.

“In just one year, we have introduced seven landmark projects, each contributing to shaping Dubai’s waterfront as a globally recognised address,” said Adil Taqi, CEO of BEYOND Developments. “Our vision extends far beyond building towers; it is about leading a new chapter in urban living, one where architecture and nature coexist seamlessly.”

Residential Offerings

Soulever will offer a range of properties, from one-bedroom apartments to larger two and three-bedroom units. The development also includes a limited number of signature duplexes, some of which are four-bedroom layouts with private splash pools and terraces overlooking the marina.

Additionally, the project will feature two-bedroom podium chalets and a collection of penthouses at the top of the towers. According to the developer, all residences will have high ceilings, tactile finishes, and private balconies to provide views of the surrounding area, including The Arabian Gulf and the Dubai skyline.

Architecture and Amenities

The two towers are designed with brass and glass facades and are positioned to maximise views. The development plan includes landscaped terraces, podium gardens, swimming pools, and spa facilities. Residents will also have access to a waterfront gym, a library, and dedicated family areas.

The launch of Soulever aligns with continued investment in Dubai’s real estate and infrastructure sectors. The project is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2028.
