Salam Al-Khunaizi took charge of Riyadh-listed Mulkia Investment as chief executive after five years running BSF Capital. He now directs more than 6 billion SAR in assets across real estate and alternative investments.
Founded in 2014, Mulkia employs 74 people in Riyadh. The firm runs Shariah-compliant funds, executes custody, and manages client portfolios under licences granted by the Capital Market Authority in November 2013.
Al-Khunaizi, who also sits on Saudi Arabia’s Shura Council, took the role after leading BSF Capital. His mandate is expanding dealmaking and advisory services in a crowded domestic capital market.
