Asmaa Al-Khaldi manages product marketing at Lucidya in Riyadh, where the software firm sells AI customer experience systems capable of processing 17 Arabic dialects to enterprises across 13 countries.
Lucidya operates out of Saudi Arabia with 374 staff, tracking consumer signals across more than 40 digital channels. Al-Khaldi handles positioning for software that claims a 92 percent accuracy rate on Arabic sentiment.
Alongside the enterprise pitch, she sells 90-day visibility programmes to founders and university researchers. The test remains whether corporate software marketing translates cleanly into individual executive advisory work.
