Owned by the Public Investment Fund, the developer builds tourism destinations along the western coast. Darwish manages internal operations after 20 years directing project infrastructure at Saudi Aramco, including research facilities at Thuwal.
Coordinating disparate corporate departments with government stakeholders remains his live task. Darwish is responsible for keeping teams aligned to common targets as the 2018-founded developer opens its destinations.
